MustGrow Biologics Corp. has secured regulatory approvals to sell its organic biofertilizer TerraSante in Texas, Utah, and Montana, expanding the product’s availability to 10 U.S. states.

The Canada-based agricultural biologics company received registration approvals from agriculture departments in all three states for the mustard plant-based product. TerraSante is now available in California, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Utah, Montana, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State under Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) certification.

The Texas market represents a significant opportunity for the biofertility product. The state’s 2025 agriculture production value includes $108 million in melons, $104 million in potatoes, $85 million in pecans, and $59 million in grapefruits, according to USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service data.

TerraSante is a wettable powder containing plant proteins and carbohydrates designed to feed soil and soil microbes. The product aims to improve beneficial microbial activity and support long-term soil health. Field data from growers indicates the mustard-derived product can improve crop yields, soil quality, and potentially enhance soil microbiome health for better nutrient and water use efficiency.

MustGrow’s biofertility program targets soil and soil microbiome health, nutrient and water use efficiency, and plant yields. The company’s approach focuses on harnessing natural compounds found in mustard seed to create organic biofertility, biostimulant, and biocontrol products. The manufacturing process uses no artificial additives or preservatives.

The company holds approximately 108 issued and pending patents and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MGRO. Outside North America, MustGrow collaborates with global agriculture companies, including Bayer AG in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, to commercialize its products and technologies.
