De Sangosse acquires Norac Concepts to expand Canadian agricultural business

September 9, 2026

De Sangosse Group (DSG) has acquired Canadian agricultural products company Norac Concepts Inc., giving the France-based company a direct operating presence in Canada and a platform to expand its portfolio of biological and other crop production products.

Norac Concepts specializes in agricultural adjuvants and spray assist products, which are sold across Canada to the agricultural, horticultural and vegetation management markets.

Under the acquisition, Norac Concepts will join the De Sangosse Group as an operating company and continue its existing business with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

For De Sangosse, the deal strengthens its position in the adjuvant market while providing an entry point for introducing additional products to Canadian growers. The company’s portfolio includes biological pest control products, biostimulants and plant nutrition technologies, marketed in nearly 70 countries through 44 entities.

The companies said the acquisition is based on shared priorities, including working closely with growers, developing new products and improving agricultural production practices.

The acquisition marks DSG’s first direct operating presence in the Canadian market and is expected to support the gradual introduction of its broader product portfolio to Canadian agriculture.
