AgroPlantae, Inc., a provider of organic and conventional fertilizers, has acquired Kemin Industries’ crop technologies portfolio, a suite of botanical-based biopesticides and plant nutrition products.
The acquisition includes the complete suite of Kemin Crop Technologies products – TetraCURB MAX, AlliCURB MAX, PathoCURB, RevoCURB, Romivex DIP, OmniCURB, Valena, and Valena FLOW – as part of the transaction. AgroPlantae will also integrate Kemin’s sales managers into its team to ensure seamless customer support during the transition.
“Kemin’s crop technologies products that harness the power of plants and the company’s long history of science-backed innovations to protect the health and safety of the global food supply chain are an ideal addition to the AgroPlantae line of products,” said Angelo Paolucci, president and CEO of AgroPlantae.
Dr. Chris Nelson, president and CEO of Kemin Industries, expressed confidence in AgroPlantae’s ability to continue nurturing the portfolio’s science-backed solutions. “AgroPlantae shares our passion to create a better world for future generations by taking care of our planet now, and we are confident the AgroPlantae team will continue to nurture and strengthen our science-backed solutions that use biological crop protection and novel plant growth technologies to target the needs of growers in a sustainable way,” he said.
Founded in 2009, AgroPlantae has built a reputation for research-driven innovation and customer-focused service, helping farmers overcome soil and climate challenges to achieve high crop yields. The company’s Fresno, California-based operations serve growers across North America and East Asia, with a focus on preserving farmland for future generations.
The acquisition marks a significant step in AgroPlantae’s mission to advance plant and soil vitality through sustainable agriculture. Both companies have pledged to work closely to ensure continuity in customer support, product quality, and regulatory compliance during the transition.
