Veganic has established a new South Asia subsidiary headquartered in Malaysia as part of its international growth strategy. This hub will accelerate the delivery of agricultural solutions to Asian farmers and facilitate product registration across the region.
Founded in 2024 by Carlos Ledó, Veganic supplies biosolutions based on microorganisms, microbial peptides and plant extracts. New AG International understands the name Veganic reflects a portfolio that will not be derived from animal sources. Ledó was founder of Idai Nature and former COO of Rovensa Next.
The Malaysian office will provide their complete range of biological products including biofungicides, bioinsecticides, and biostimulants, along with proprietary technologies like MicroGea, NeoPrime, and NeoDuo. The company views South Asia as strategically important due to its diverse crops and what the company describes as a growing demand for responsible farming solutions.
The company is also setting up Veganic Brasil, which will be headed by Nicolas Lindemann as CEO. Lindemann is the newly appointed Chief Internationalization Officer of Veganic (See 2BMonthly September 2025 for interview).”Being based in São Paulo is very strategic for us, as it is becoming one of the leading technical centres in biological agriculture globally,” Lindemann told 2BMonthly.
