Rovensa Next has introduced two new biosolutions, TYPHOON and GALACTEK, to the North American market.

TYPHOON is a biofungicide designed to provide control of diseases such as downy mildew, Alternaria and Phytophthora. Suitable for both field and greenhouse use, it offers growers flexibility with no restricted entry interval (REI) or pre-harvest interval (PHI). The company says TYPHOON’s broad-spectrum action supports healthier canopies and improved yield potential, particularly in crops like watermelon.

GALACTEK, a “next generation” fertilizer, features Metabol-8 Technology, designed to improve nutrient availability, root development, and moisture retention. Registered as a soil amendment, GALACTEK can be applied to soil or foliage and integrates into tank mixes. Rovensa Next says that GALACTEK trials have shown “significant” yield improvements in crops such as corn and processing tomatoes.

Chuck Broughton, Head of North America at Rovensa Next, emphasized the importance of delivering measurable results for growers. “The launch of TYPHOON and GALACTEK expands our portfolio with products that optimize crop health, support integrated crop management systems across North America, and deliver proven, consistent performance across multiple crops and growing conditions.”

Rovensa Next says these launches are part of its Biosolutionize Agriculture campaign, which focuses on reducing reliance on conventional chemistries while enhancing crop performance and environmental stewardship.
