Netafim Italia, a subsidiary of Netafim, Orbia’s Precision Agriculture business group, announced the acquisition of all shares of Tecnir S.r.l., a Faenza-based company in irrigation system design and installation.

Tecnir’s expertise enhances Netafim Italia’s offerings, focusing on innovative and sustainable irrigation systems that cater to the unique needs of Italian agribusiness.
