De Sangosse has acquired Biovitis, a company specialized in natural protection and biostimulation of plants.

Through this acquisition, De Sangosse has added the new category of plant natural products, to its portfolio of technologies.

Produced in France, the original fungicide solutions that Biovitis had approved as basic substances have no eco-toxicological classification and do not require untreated zones, re-entry periods or MRLs. The company has developed an original manufacturing and extraction process that ensures that all plant properties remain intact.

Biovitis will continue to operate as a stand-alone company and retain its identity, and Bertrand Sutre, its founder and director, will stay on during a transition period.
