Koppert strengthens leadership team, ready for future growth

Koppert announced that it has strengthened its executive team with the introduction of a new global leadership team.

The company says the new leadership structure enables Koppert to better adapt to regional needs while pursuing its long-term goals. “By combining innovation and customer focus with a globally integrated approach, this structure brings customers even closer to the core of the organization.”

Through regionalization, Koppert is positioned to address the unique needs of growers and farmers worldwide more effectively. Empowered regional teams, supported by a streamlined and experienced global leadership, will operate more effectively locally, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced customer service.

The global leadership team is responsible for driving growth, optimising processes and improving customer focus in different regions worldwide. The members of this team are:
• Director North America and Asia-Pacific: René Ruiter
• Director South America: Gustavo Hermann and Danilo Scacalossi Pedrazzoli
• Director Europe, Middle East and Africa a.i.: René Ruiter
• Director of Transformation: Peter Maes
• Director of Marketing: Adriana Boock
• Director Innovation: Sjoerd van der Ent
• Director of Operations: Peter Couwels

“The global leadership team will work closely with regional teams to streamline operations, exploit market opportunities, and implement innovations faster,” noted the company. “The regional team will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations and translating strategic goals into concrete results, with a focus on growth and profitability.”

Boaz Oosthoek is responsible for the region of South Europe and Middle East Africa, while Jurjen Boeringa is responsible for North Europe.

Koppert’s board of directors focuses on strategic decision-making and ensuring sustainable growth and stability in a changing market. They oversee the company’s overall direction, safeguard the core values internationally, and foster effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. The board of directors includes CEO René Koppert, CBO Martin Koppert, and CFO Erik-Jan Verdegaal.
