Agronova Biotech has integrated Portuguese company Asfertglobal into its global platform. Asfertglobal specializes in high-technology biofertilizers, biostimulants and biocontrol solutions.

With this transaction, Agronova Biotech expands its industrial and commercial capabilities, strengthening its presence in key markets across Europe, the Americas and Africa. Asfertglobal adds a portfolio of innovative solutions, a team of more than 60 professionals and a distribution network in more than 20 countries, with a strong presence in Spain, Turkey, South Africa, Mexico and the United States.

According to Agronova Biotech, the integration aligns with its long-term strategy centered on applied research, technological development, and sustainability. Key areas of focus following the integration include:
