New Control in Haifa Chemicals
The controlling interest of TRI (Trans Ressources Inc, based in New York), was transferred end September to Jules and Adi Trump. The Trump family already had substantial shareholding in TRI for the past 7 years. In addition to Haifa Chemicals, TRI owns NaChures-USA, Plant Products from Canada and ELGO Irrigation (controlled by Haifa Chemicals). Haifa Chemicals is the biggest among all.
On this occasion, Mr. Trump visiting Haifa offices and factories in Israel said that his initiative is to continue and invest in the company and take part in the environmental issue as well as being involved in the community of Haifa. Mr. Trump stressed that Haifa’s human resource is the most valuable resource of the company and that Haifa will continue its activities striving for excellence.
