Haifa continues production and deliveries despite rocket attacks
To all Haifa colleagues, suppliers and distributors
As you may know the northern part of Israel, along the Lebanese border, is facing extensive daily rocket attacks, since 15 days ago.
Luckily, Haifa Chemicals has two production sites, one at Haifa Bay and a southern one, in the in the Negev desert.
- The northern plant is under direct threat of rocket attacks, but our dedicated operators are continuing production of almost all products at the usual capacity. This uninterrupted production allows Haifa to continue supplying all our orders on time.
- The southern plant is fully operational as usual.
Since Haifa port is only partly operational, Haifa is utilizing Ashdod port (south of Tel Aviv) for most export shipments.
Haifa front warehouses in all its subsidiaries will, therefore, continue to receive products, which will enable us to supply customers’ orders and maintain regular inventories supply.
