NannDan enters China and will develop greenhouses for Beidahuang
NaanDan Irrigation is entering into China. The Israeli Company has recently signed a cooperation agreement with Beidahuang, a huge enterprise in China. The agreement includes development and establishment of controlled greenhouses for flower production in the country. The scope of the first stage of the project is some 2.5 million dollars.
The Beidahuang enterprise manages 106 agricultural farms with an annual turnover of 3.3 billion dollars. The enterprise covers many areas of agriculture, and is recognized as the largest soybean producer in the world. As part of the cooperation, NaanDan will establish the farms and factories, sell know-how, and will also be responsible for marketing and distribution. NaanDan may also be a partner in factories established through its subsidiary company.
